The objective of the LCA is to analyze the life cycle of the production of Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padano according to the current production model.

Made this preliminary analysis, the critical phase becomes central and proactive. According to the proposed model and monitored on demo scale during the project, we will proceed to:
- compare the data obtained with the reference practices currently in use,
- verify the effectiveness of the current model
- highlight areas of improvement of the model
